So how did I end up here?
Before becoming the CEO of my own company, I had what many people consider to be a dream job
I travelled the world as a social media manager for some of the worlds largest travel companies. On the outside it was the best job in the world. On the inside, I was screaming. I was overworked, underpaid, under-appreciated. I was the office YES girl and struggled to advance in my career.
In 2020 when the travel industry turned upside down, I suddenly found myself out of a job. I was relieved
I started Roselle Media Co. originally as a vitual assisting business. But again, I found myself struggling to keep up. I worked with anyone that came my way, doing everything under the sun. I was struggling inside my business just trying to keep up
In 2021, my mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer with only months to live. From that moment on taking care of her was my top priority. I let go of all my high touch clients, keeping only those whose businesses I could run on autopilot. I could just "set it and forget it"....and there was the answer.
I found the time to take care of my mom AND run a thriving business. I was able to re-prioritize and re-organize my life and not only stay afloat, but grow my business and those of my clients in HALF the working time.
It's all about working smarter and more efficiently. NOT HARDER
